Comfortable men’s checked pyjama bottoms (no top) for a larger man?

It’s difficult buying online to know what they feel like so wondered if anyone had any personal recommendations! I have found some nice ones but they don’t always go up to 3xl which I think is needed. Lots come in a more expensive set with tops which I don’t need. Others come in an expensive 2-pack of bottoms which I also don’t need!

Has anyone seen any nice Comfortable check, brushed cotton or fleecy bottoms that come in this size that you or your menfolk recommend?!

Not sure about online but have been pleasantly surprised by sainsburys. Dh has a couple of pairs from there. he's just in a large but I am pretty sure they go up to much larger sizes.

The best we have ever found was in South Africa! Bit surprising that warm fleecy soft flannel pj's would be brilliant there! I appreciate not that helpful to you, but I don't often get to talk about them!
