How to style this dress in winter?

I really like this dress but it’s too cold to wear it like this in winter. The sleeves are lovely so don’t really want to cover them with a cardigan etc. What can I do to get use of it over Christmas without freezing?

I'd be wearing nude tights and a fur jacket or a wrap which I would take off when I got there. Events are always warm.
