I’ve had this. You need to have a lot to make any difference, and then you run the risk of having such a square jaw you can see it front in. I didn’t have a lot so didn’t see much difference.

i would advise you to speak to a professional. You can get filler in other places in your face which will help with the issue you’ve got. There is a certain type of Botox that can help, and chin filler may help too.

If you are considering fillers in your jawline please use a plastic surgeon or experienced dentist.
There are some large nerves, blood vessels and salivary glands very close to the surface along your jawline. Injecting any chemical into or close to these structure could cause permanent damage.
There was a recent thread where the OP had had jawline fillers and ended up with a large swelling post op. The nurse who provided the treatment was very unhelpful.

I've managed to talk myself out of them! Googling 'jaw fillers that went wrong' ...even the ones that are considered right look a bit much! I had an injection that caused nerve damage at the dentist once and reminding myself about this has snapped me out of it.

I'll just wear very high polo necks Grin

Maybe do a little research into other methods. Jaw augmentation is possible but to be honest anything that changes the underlying framework can end up looking very different on the surface. I’ve seen a lot of major jaw surgery carried out. The results can be unpredictable when the lower jaw is enlarged. Reducing the size of a lower jaw significantly softens and enhances appearance. Enlarging it can often make the features harder.

Most cosmetic head and neck surgeons have computer software so you can see what augmentation may look like. It may be worth having a consultation just to see what they would recommend. Fillers are a very temporary solution. But then if you don’t like the result you can reverse it.
