Wide fitting and comfortable Chelsea boots

I bought some Dr Marten Chelsea boots earlier in the year but I think I'll have to admit defeat with them as they hurt every time I wear them. I kept telling myself I just had to break them in but I think they are actually slightly small for me. My feet are size 8 and wide and these just make my toes feel squashed.
I'm gutted as I spent a decent chunk of money on them, thinking it'd be worth spending more for quality boots that would last. And I've had Dr Martens in the past which have fitted fine...but not these fuckers!
Anyway, I'm on the hunt for a pair of black, fairly plain, leather Chelsea boots that will fit my wide feet and be comfortable all day. Not pointy or square toe, no heel. Has anyone seen any?
I'll stick the Dr Martens on Vinted to try to get some of my money back if I can find a replacement!

I have small very wide feet. I have worn Blundstone boots for years and they are very comfortable for work (on my feet all day) and walks. They are on the expensive side, but I have found the comfort worth it. There is a wide toe box.
