Skincare confusion - help for easily reddening and raised skin!

I need some skincare recs please. I have always used Superdrug skincare with no real issues but since I fell pregnant a few years ago my skin had changed hugely. It’s now really sensitive, flushes really easily especially cheeks and weirdly my chin, it looks like it had an under skin rash - but it’s smooth to touch. I started with the protect and perfect set from boots a few weeks ago and I’ve started to get spots which I’ve never suffered with. My skin gets dry quickly but can look dull, and gets quite clogged and spotty with lots of heavy creams (which I think is what is happening with the No7 set, it’s a serum plus day/night cream)…
I never really used to wear any make up and now I feel like I have to every day as I’m so red - yet dull skinned - and uneven and spotty looking.
Does anyone else have similar skin and have any recommendations? Photo attached for reference.

Mines a bit like that and also gets rashes easily.

I use very gentle cleanser (cetaphil)
Simple Nicinamide serum
A protective serum by Avene
Cetaphil moisturiser with SPF

Then at night cleanser, PHA exfoliator sometimes and can’t remember what it’s called but a plant-based alternative to a retinol serum. Then night Simple night cream.

I have been using skin & me for a few months now and swear by it. It's a subscription service, tailored to your needs and delivered monthly.
I only use the "main product," and my own cleanser and spf along with it, which makes it much more affordable.
You can get a trial box for £3.50 (my discount code is KerryB7WVF if you do want to try it,) with your trial box you also get 2 cleansers and spf to try.. you can cancel it anytime. Check out the website, it explains it better! My main issue was texture and pores- I've had a definite improvement!

Just my experience, as I know these things vary from person to person, but I had a severe allergic reaction when I first used Cetaphil. My skin became really red, blotchy and inflamed. Stopped using the cetaphil and it got better.

@BigMandsTattooPortfolio I have a severe reaction to CeraVe which is always recommended on here as the gentlest thing ever 😄 really annoying that skincare is all so individual 😄

Rosacea.

I also use skin and me. I have rosacea and acne and it's been brilliant.
