Recently bought black "leather" trousers from Betty Barclay.
They are slim fit, not skinny fit, ankle length, and I'm struggling with what shoes or boots to wear with them.
They aren't tight enough to look good in long boots and anyway I don't want to look like Adam Ant.
I have a dinner coming up, dress code is "smart casual" and I'd like this to be their maiden outing.
Any suggestions?
