Any wide-legged school trouser reccs?

My DD age 12 wants to wear school trousers with wide legs. Typical school uniform style trousers seem to be a cigarette pant cut or skinny cut. Can anyone recommend any wider legged ones? DD can wear boys or girls trouser cuts. Suiting type material or a heavy jersey type material both welcomed. Flares/bootcuts are not quite right- straight wide legs would be her ideal. School are happy with any sensible looking trousers so long as they’re black. Don’t have to come from a uniform shop.

I’ve already made all the arguments about flappy trouser ankles getting wet in the winter rain, but the heart wants what the heart wants..

Thank you - I have these too and very handy they are too! However DD is I think too short just even for a 6 extra short, so might need to keep looking. Thanks though that was a great pick

I bought these for 14 year old DD. They fit exactly as the size guide, but she decided she didn’t like them with her blazer in the end. I’m tempted to order some for me, they even have pockets!
