best firming cream (body)

I'm 42, 2 years into menopause induced by chemo. On HRT. Have just realised that my skin has become incredibly loose, on stomach, bum, and thighs. Which is the best cream for this, please?

N.B. I have slightly dry skin too.

How do you get over the odour? Is it worth it for the effects?

If you don't like the smell then no don't use it.

I don't think any cream in itself will firm you up. But the act of massaging something - anything - in might help a bit.

I bloody hate massaging, I'm very lazy. I use face, hand and foot masks (the cloth ones) and, when needed, a spray on body lotion or oil. And spray on hair oil!
