i have a 'do' this weekend, and have a nice outfit, (not too fancy, but smart) but the trousers are about 1ich too long. i can either take up the trousers, or get some high shoes.

trouble is high heels kill my feet. i cannot walk in them, and end up kicking them off.

i need soemthing more 'plat-formy' that kitten heel.

anyone got any ideas?

budget is about £30 only.

misdee · 10/03/2008 14:58

which bit of your foot hurts when you wear the shoes, misdee>? they shouldnt hurt just walking down a tesco dreel....

why not go to a proper shoe shop with proerly trained fitters

misdee · 10/03/2008 15:25

bottom of my feet np.

i really dont do heels at all. its just too much pressure on my little tooties.

i detest shoe shopping.

i think platform wedges are best in that case
with some gel thingys

and a double gin when you arrive at 'do'

nailpolish · 10/03/2008 15:31

sole reviver wedges

sole reviver really are comfy shoes. and with the gel thingy you should be ok

jeangenie · 10/03/2008 15:34

these are the sole revivers I have (except in brown) and thay are fabbo comfy, even without gels

nappyaddict · 10/03/2008 16:22

well i ended up in baytrading (i think) and theie dolcis shoe section is going, so loads of stuff in teh sale. i ended up with a pair of high wedges thingies for £10. and bought some party feet gel pads.

quite comfty, but am 'breaking' them in a bit before saturday night, by wearing them round the house. they dont really go with my casual jeans though lol.
