How would you style this skirt?

If not with a jumper or anything sleeveless?

I would wear short heeled boots, but stuck for a top. I don't mind the jumper for the right occasion, but I'm looking for something more eveningy, and I don't do sleeveless.

Plain black t-shirt type with 3/4 length sleeves and add some jewellery or a scarf.

How eveningy do you want it - formal or casual?

I have a plain black chiffon style short sleeved top from H&M that would go well with that.
