Ideas needed for part outfit please!

My friend's dd has been invited to a party where that have been asked to come dressed as a celebrity .

As my friend (and I) couldn't give a flying fig what any so-called celebrity would wear, could any of you kind MNetters give some advice? The party is for 11 year olds btw...

Ummm. Amy Winehouse outfit would be instantly recognisable. Tats, beehive, very few clothes, pint of lager?

I jest of course but now I come to think of it, I can't think of many female celebs who have a signature look that isn't in some way deranged or underdressed. What an indictment.

I believe one of the girls is going as Paris Hilton - going to carry a small toy dog in a handbag!

Any other suggestions?

I'm trying but everyone I think of is deeply unsuitable and in poor taste.

Does DD have any film/pop stars she likes - or does she resemble anyone?

It's my friend's dd - I know when they have to dress up for Book Day, etc she generally goes as Ginny Weasley! (which will give you a clue as to her colouring!) - don't think the actress who plays her is a "celebrity" though?!
