I tried this on, but my fat feet were poking out the sides. .

Fly shoes are fab though.

Fimbo · 10/03/2008 14:29

this? should be these

ladytophamhatt · 10/03/2008 14:36

They are quite narrow actually, I don't think its that your feet are fat. I have slim, and flat feet and mine did abit too.

I knew it wouldn't be long before you appeared fimbo

Fimbo · 10/03/2008 14:45

Lol at me appearing .

I tried them on in House of Fraser, where the assistants are young, slim and gorgeous.

I felt a big fat old heifer in comparison especially when I couldn't get my feet in the beautiful shoes

ladytophamhatt · 10/03/2008 14:47

When I bought them I actually thought " Ohh I bet Fimbo wil love these"

OP posts:
ladytophamhatt · 10/03/2008 14:54

actually that sounds abit stalkerish.....

i di think of you went I bought them though.

ladytophamhatt · 10/03/2008 16:37

Hmmmm...I've just been wearing them indoor and I think they might be too small....I can't work out if its because the toe is quite narrow from sole to top iyswim or if it is the length.

I sodding hell I wanted to wear them tonight aswell....grrrrrrr

Fimbo · 10/03/2008 16:40

Don't worry I know what you mean .

Repeat continually "they are leather and will stretch".

Hope they are ok.

Fimbo · 10/03/2008 16:42

I have just found a website with reduced Fly shoes on it (not the Yuna don't worry). There are 2 pairs I am hearting. I still have birthday money..............

ladytophamhatt · 10/03/2008 22:18

can't belieeeeve you;re telling me "Ive just found a website" and not giving me a link.

OP posts:
Fimbo · 11/03/2008 13:46

Eeek. I don't remember that scarf thing round the ankle!

Fimbo · 11/03/2008 13:47

These must be old stock, as they look nothing alike!

ladytophamhatt · 12/03/2008 19:30

Changed them for a siize 5 today. I've nevr worn a 5 before.
I feel like a grown-up.

I think that tie thing comes off Fimbo. It looks like it does. There are some nice pink wedges on there...I wonder if DH will notice anothe rpair of shoes appearing in the shop cupbaord

OP posts:
PaulaYatesBiggestFan · 12/03/2008 19:32

gorgeous gorgeous - do they come up small then?

ladytophamhatt · 12/03/2008 19:43

Well, the 4 did fit but they were very very very snug. Wearing them in summer with hot feet would have killed my hooves feet.

As I said, I;ve never worn a 5 before, not for anything. They are certainly not too big, I've had to put an extra hole in the strap but apart from that they're fine.

OP posts:
ladytophamhatt · 12/03/2008 19:47

go on Paula...buy some....do it...buy some now...

They'll be lovely and comfy and super super stylish in summer with your lovely PG belly

(I'm sooooooooo of you being PG, I could castrate DH for changing his mind again.....Actaully that would be a silly thing to do really, wouldn't itgrin]. I'm not very happy with him though]

lth !! i am feeling happy tonight as have stumbled across a boys name that i like

ds4 was without a name for 8 weeks and after 4 boys its a dificult one

think i may order those shoes - need a re vamp - just a bit worried about pg ankles???

ladytophamhatt · 12/03/2008 22:32

well, they aren't very high, the wedges are quite chunky but the actual hieght isn't much so I don't think they'll cause too much trouble on pudgy ankles....and the straps and quite long so you'll be fine.

They are lovely in red btw.
