Thin high neck vest to wear under itchy jumpers

I bought this gorgeous Sezane jumper but I'm finding it difficult to wear as it itches my neck and chest so much! I think my neck especially is really sensitive and other wool jumpers I find are super scratchy too. I'm on the lookout for a higher neck really thin top I could wear under jumpers to protect my sensitive neck but not finding much. Any recommendations?

This sort of thing? Mostly cotton:

If that’s too substantial they have plenty of other thin tops you could try.

M&S is your friend here. Loads of vests.

John Lewis sell roll neck, long sleeve thermals which might be worth a look. You could always roll the neck down.

Don’t know if this is quite what you mean, but I have been looking for a layering top for ages to wear under itchy jumpers with collar and cuffs so it looks like a shirt, but without the bulkiness. Just ordered this one so I’ll see how it goes!

SA layering shirt

The SA layering shirt is a stylish staple for your wardrobe as you make the transition to autumn/winter. This must-have piece is perfect for layering and keeping cozy during the colder months. Effortlessly look your best with SA layering shirt... Team...

Are you wearing it with nothing underneath? Surely that means washing often and it getting tatty quickly... I always wear either a plain crew neck cotton t shirt, short or long sleeve, or a thermal top as linked above, depending on how cold it is or what I'm doing.

Thanks all. Yes I usually just wear it with only a bra underneath. I don't wash them often-only if they have visible marks from food, make up etc on them or if they go a bit baggy. A t shirt wouldn't really help with that I don't think.
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm probably looking for something much thinner as the particular jumper I linked is really, really cosy.

I use a silk long-sleeve vest in this situation. Have a look at Patra:

The M&S heatgen light thermal ones would work. Sorry can't link. They're v thin and not overly warm either

Very welcome! I just read on another thread that John Lewis may do similar
