I'm going to buy this just because I can't stand being there anymore trying to find things in that hot mess.

I love the colour and the style though.

Design is really lovely IMO; probably needs to not be the only coat you have given it’s unlined and looks a bit draughty round the edges…

Not a fan of the asymmetry but the colour is nice and it looks like it would be comfy if not totally winter proof!

That’s a lovely coat! But I think it’s more for autumn or spring because it’s going to be useless on a windy and wet winter’s day. It’s basically a really warm cardigan.

I’d love that in a dusky pink.

In terms of the coat I tried on an unlined wool voat and the insides were all bobbled ( charity shop) just something to be aware of OP. It might be worth spending a little more for better quality.

A thread of issues with zara returns

Stopped shopping on Zara because I found the website an utter nightmare.

Website is absolutely awful. It's totally off putting. I've no issue with returns but I do it in person as the store is very local to me and it's one benefit of being a sahm I can get stuff like that done.

I like the coat.

Yes website is awful. The one Zara coat I got years ago wasn’t good quality and bobbled easily.

Zara website is truly horrific.

I used to find the app okay but the latest update has made it hurt my eyes! In the meantime, M&S, next, George, asos and new look of all places have all upped their game and improved their websites/apps so I just go for those.

Does anyone know if Zara’s sales have been up or down? I buy nothing there these days.

Nice looking - but it’s a cardigan, not a coat! No lining, one button … Will be thin and smaller than expected. It isn’t going to keep you warm outside in Winter.

I don’t mind the website, though it jumps about on my phone. I love Zara styling but not the quality of the garments in real life.

From MN I gather the Zara returns ‘process’ is appalling.
