How do I handle a bad review on Vinted?

Gutted

Sold loads of things recently, really decent stuff, at a steal. I have had the most amazing reviews, all 5* so far.

I woke up this morning to a pounding. I think it's natively my own fault and I advertised it all wrong.

I advertised an item. An example is a pair of earrings which are from a really top end shop. I bought it years ago, so don't have the receipt nor can I find it online. It is also not marked with the company logo or anything as it is a piece of jewellery. I have sold other things from this shop in the same manner, and no problems.

The item is beautiful, and cost a lot of money originally. I sold it for buttons, and they bargained me down. They have received it, and are saying it is not from this shop.

I didn't advertise it as a pair of earrings from this shop. I advertised it as a lovely pair of earrings, and I bought them in this shop. Not sure if that makes a difference.

I know they are authentic. I paid loads for them, and they have got them at I recon 5% of what I paid. Of course, I am happy to refund it, just not sure how to handle it and worried about my reputation!

OP Take it on the chin. Leave them a review which explains, and let them dig their own grave which they will, as people like this can't help being dick heads.
Don't worry is the main point.
