Buying tret in Belgium?

Thinking of trying tret. Has anyone bought it in Belgium or France?

Not available without a prescription in either country. You can get A313 cream in French pharmacies over the counter, it's not Tretinoin but a derivative (like retinol) that does work well but if you use just a smidge too much it's very itchy.
