Waterproof dog-walking boots (not wellies)

Any recommendations? I have ankle wellies but would like something I can wear if we combine dog walk with pub lunch etc!

Requirements are:
Ankle length
Slip on (or zip but not laces)
Waterproof
Comfortable

I like the look of these but they are quite expensive. Any other ideas?!

Ds has a pair of Lakeland ankle boots, I ordered them from Amazon, he says they are very comfy and waterproof, they looked smart (now covered in mud!) grip is fine for footpath walking, but not quite grippy enough for scrambling off road (has decent walking boots for that), but they are quick and easy to get on and off. Dd has a Cotswold ditsy print ankle boot, the soles are a bit thin, but otherwise okay, I have a very comfy boot 'groundwork' good grip, waterproof to ankle, warm upper, strong footbed, and easy to take on and off.

I've actually just got the Bareback Quebec boots, I have quite a high instep and I couldn't get the ankle ones on so I've kept the longer version. I need these for dog walks too, I don't find wellies very comfortable.

I absolutely hate making a decision on new footwear though - I ordered £600 of the Bareback Boots to try on, waited till the last day to send them back and still feel anxious that I'm not going to get on with the Quebec boot! I put them on to wear out round the field with our dog on Saturday, then chickened out and took them off!

I've got a pair of the Bareback Chicago waterproof boot from last year and I wear them all winter to work, it is a good brand. I also kept a pair of the navy suede ankle boots in this order for wearing with winter dresses etc, replacing a very old M&S pair that are done!
