Glam outfit 'dress to impress'

Hi
I need to find an outfit for a work-related awards ceremony soon, it's not super formal but the dress code is 'dress to impress'.

I'm a size 8, athletic type of figure, and very flat on top, therefore plunge necklines and that kinda thing are just so unflattering on me. I like high necklines and asymmetrical sleeves/straps usually look good too.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking for something pretty glam, classy, that I would wear again - but not frumpy or mutton dressed as lamb.

Thanks!

Jumpsuit springs to mind - sleeveless (assume you have good arms/shoulders), high neck

Something like this

I find them true to size. Remember if you go directly through Reiss they have 10% off if you sign up to their newsletter.

Reiss sizing comes up big, I buy alot of Reiss clothinh and I have to buy one size smaller than anywhere else. You can check your measurements against their size guide if you are unsure.
