Shampoo for Blonde Hair

Looking for recommendations for a purple shampoo. Just gone back to blonde highlights, but my hair definitely has a tendency to go yellower than I would like. Hairdresser did put a toner on, and it’s ok but I would like a creamier tone if possible.

The John Frieda one is v good. I've also had great success with the white blonde Shrine Drops - you can get them in Superdrug, mix a couple of drops into any conditioner and leave on hair for up to 10 mins, then rinse out

this one is very good and I agree John Frieda Velvet Crush purple shampoo is good too.

Fanola no yellow. Its the one my hairdresser recommended

'Fanola no yellow'

It's great, very powerful. You need to wear gloves when using it

If you know anyone with a beauty pie membership, their wonderblonde violet shampoo is the best I have ever tried, and I have used Redken, L’Oréal professionel etc. It is very pigmented so you need to use gloves or scrub your hands immediately after application. It is so good that my hairdresser didn’t need to do a top-up toner on my blonde the last time I went.

I’m also very fond of Touch of Silver’s purple hair masque. It is less intensely pigmented so you can leave it on for longer and it is a v effective conditioning treatment too.

Thanks everyone. I managed to get a tube of Redken masque in TK Maxx today, half price. They didn’t have the shampoo so I picked up something called Keratin. Tbh I can’t see a difference in colour, but maybe my highlights looked a bit fresher. My hair does feel nice and soft.

I think I will try the Fanola and Wonder Blonde next as they are pretty reasonably priced. Beauty Pie are offering one month free membership at moment. I’ve never used them before. Anyone got suggestions about other good products from them?

The fudge one is good but pricey.

The fanola no yellow is also good but I found it very drying.

Kerastase Blond Absolu is great
