53 yr old -What treatments would you recommend

I’ve been looking at all options for a sagging lower face and unsure which works best
Profhilo ,Morpheus 8,micro needling or dermal fillers?
I’ve only ever had Botox on my upper face but feel it doesn’t last that long.
There’s definitely some sagging but it’s my marionette lines that bother me the most.
what have you had and what do you think works best? They’re all expensive so want to make sure I choose the right one

I'm 53 and have the same issue. I am actually taking the bull by the horns, and having a facelift and necklift, plus upper and lower bleph this Saturday. I have a thread on here where I will post my progress. I did ask about a surface treatment, but was told that it would just be wasting my money.

I am having radio frequency, set of 6 then 3 lots of micro needling or similar. One place suggested profhilo but a few others said it wouldn't make a difference and is more for dry aged skin but places push it because there's no expensive equipment involved. I went to three places and they all suggested a form of radio frequency, one said Morpheus 8 is a convenience thing as it is one session where other treatments use similar tech but you need 6 sessions over 6 weeks and these are cheaper...
