What to wear with photo included

What would you wear with this top.
I'm 5'7 and a size 12. It's for husbands work Christmas party. ( Meal and drinks and a night in a very posh hotel)

Close up photos to show the colour. Sleeves are sheer. I have some really nice black knee high suede boots that I got from Next last year but open to other options.

Black leather midi skirt, like a pencil style with a split to show the boots.

Or if you don't want to wear the boots, some wide leg black velvet trousers

I’d not wear black with that, I’d wear a navy , gold or dark green.
