What's your experience been buying from pretty little thing?

My trench coat has been delivered - it's a distinct style and that's what drew me to it in the first place. Bought a size 16 and it's a lot bigger on me than expected and it's made from really flimsy polyester- it's wearable but not at all what I expected. Can't be bothered to return as I've been doing a lot of returning items that don't fit or work.

I guess I just want to hear anyone else's experiences, were they good or bad ?

You get the 100% polyester you
pay for tbh. Ok for wear once land fill.

Cheap and cheerful, flimsy.

My DD used to buy loads from PLT mainly sweatshirts and tops couple of joggers and shackets. Still being worn regularly and wash well. Looks like the quality has taken a dive.

Absolutely appalling customer service On forth email!
Sizing is horrendous… two items of exact same order/size so different!
Great company if all ok but so bad if not.
