Best gym wear brand (specifically leggings!)

It’s time to finally get myself back in the gym. I’m currently size 16-18 and none of my old gym clothes fit me😣
i want some good quality high waisted leggings that won’t keep slipping down and aren’t see through. I prefer the smooth feeling rather than shiny feeling leggings if that makes sense? 😅
any recommendations?

More utilitarian than pretty, but Ron Hill sports leggings are excellent.

If it's for working out, go for a proper make. I like Ronhill too, especially for running. I find the clothes wash well and last a long time.
If it's for looking nice at the gym, M&S do good leggings.

I swaer by Pink Soda Sport, the high waisted ones hold everything in. Mine have been washed 2-3 times a week for a year and are still not baggy/see through

Next ones are reasonably priced, non shiny, non see through and don’t slip down .

If you don't mind the price, or if they have your size in the sale, Sweaty Betty leggings are amazing. They're the only ones I've had that never slip or roll down.

I like Sweaty Betty, and Lululemon. Yes, a bit spendy but there are sales, and I have had them for years now.

I've always found Nike good. I've had one pair for over 10 years and they're still perfectly fine, even after 1000s of washes.

Ronhill and Kalenji are good and reasonably priced.

I really like under armour leggings. They have a side pocket to which fits a phone do v handy. Def cheaper than Elizabeth who perspires.

Sweaty Betty 7/8 power leggings are The Best. Indestructible and incredibly flattering and comfortable.

I tumble dry them too, and they’re fine.

M&S Good Move - I've picked up a few pairs on Vinted, brand new but half price, and they are great. I wear them every working day on an hour's walk to then from work. Super comfy and not see through.

I love m’y Fabletics ones and my lululemons. I basically live in my gym gear so I don’t mind spending money on them as the cost per wear is lower.
