Winter cocktail party / breastfeeding

Please help! I haven’t dressed for a party in a long while. The dress code is cocktail - I don’t really know what that means! I’m late 20s, 5’6” and around an 8/10. Tummy not what it was so not too tight there but I do have a waist. It needs to be breastfeeding friendly so either buttons at the front or a wrap. I’m very pale with dark hair, greens and blues suit me I think, also burnt orangey colours, want to avoid black. My budget is £75. One idea I did have was to buy an emerald green silk (or a baby proof version of silk) shirt to go with some emerald green trousers I have but doubt that would be cocktail enough… shoe wise I only really have black heeled ankle boots (are they out of fashion now?) but they are quite dressy ones. Can’t really justify buying new shoes!

I would go for a fancy full pleated skirt with a pretty short sleeved top. But then I found it easier to lift my top than unbutton. I guess you know what’s most comfortable for you.

Thanks, I hadn’t even considered a top I could pull up but that would work just as well. I do have a nice full skirt that would work too.
