who has MBT shoes and what are they like?

do they just make your feet look like bumpercars and do fuck all for your thigh muscles?

Or are they worth the astronomical price?

I quite like the look of the new Kaya version but they seem not in the shops yet and you can't preorder anywhere... Would be grateful for any tip offs about how/where to buy.

hi i have mbt trainers and they do make you walk differently. they make me stand a lot more up right, which is obviously a good thing as you automatically hold your tummy in. also as the sole is curved it's as if you are walking not quite on the balls of your feet but not on your heels either- if you know what i mean. they made my legs ache in the right places when i wore them, and i have even done an exercise dvd in the- low impact.

i'm not sure they are worth the 130.00 though, as although i had been hankering after a pair for over a year, it's only cos dp bought them for my bd i got them,- i wouldn't pay that myself!!

don't know about kaya style- i have sport black which looks like a regular ish kind of trainer- okay with combats anyhow.
