Can anyone help me find some boots like this please

I have been searching for 2 years to replace my favourite boots and these are just right but no stock in a 3 or 4.
I am looking for slim tops, must be leather with a zip. That shade of brown is perfect and I want a 3 inch block heel cos I am a short arse!

After looking at the ebay photos the leather looks really stiff. I will keep looking for something else
