Where can I get a cardigan like this?

I am in the mood for a chunky cardigan similar to the one in the picture. What are they called? Navajo? I am in my 50s and short, so black with cream patterns might work better for me. Any ideas?

I do like that cardigan a lot, although I suspect I'd need an XS and it's out of stock. Is it warm?
