Didn't see the Times but did see pix of Kate elsewhere. I agree the suit looks great. Love a sharp suit on a woman. I think she would have looked even better with her hair in a sleek ponytail or updo

I thought her hair was a complete mis-match with the suit. Not sure what image she was trying to project as the suit trousers were also incredibly creased. Sloppy and unprofessional look in my opinion.
