Reflective coat for woman

I am looking for a reflective coat or long jacket with a hood - mid-thigh at least. Not a cycling jacket as they are all quite short. Ideally waterproof and a bit warm - I can easily wear layers underneath to keep warm but I don’t want one that is just nylon.
I have been googling but either find short jackets or lollipop lady coats which isn’t quite the vibe I’m going for!
My son had one that looked like a normal padded jacket in daylight but very reflective in the dark and that’s what I would like in terms of colour/ pattern rather than a fluorescent jacket.

Nuage sell one... I saw it on qvc. It's exactly the fabric you're talking about.

Proviz have a few options in their ‘Outdoor’ section. A silver colour that glows.
might still be a bit short though.

I was going to say the same try equestrian retailers. My cycling coat is a horses riding jacket as warm and waterproof better quality than a normal cycling jacket.
