What would you wear with this

I’m going to a show and out for dinner somewhere quiet fancy, how would you style this dress?
Weather will likely be cold, possibly wet.

I thought strappy block heel, but not sure on jacket.

Camel coat and some ankle boots.

As above, I have a camel coat, it goes with everything. Ankle boots look really cute with dresses, it took me a bit to get used to it but love it now.
