30F non-wired bras that actually look good (lift & separate) under a work shirt? I am asking too much?

I have tried bravissimo. M&S don't do my size. I don't fancy the shape of Miolke. I don't want to wear underwires bras anymore, they are not comfy. But my boobs need scaffolding to hold them up where they once belonged. Can anyone share experiences of great, supportive yet comfy bras for my boobs?

Have you tried Freya Deco Wireless? I find it quite good and it comes in nude and moulded, so good under shirts.

The panache Andorra wireless bra is reasonably good for this - better than most wireless bras, anyway.

Berlei shock absorber sports bras give quite a good shape under clothes without wires. You might have to go up a size around the ribs.

Belle Lingerie has got a good range of sizes and styles. I’ve used them several times and they have good customer service. They definitely stock your size.

I don't like the mono boob look of a spurts bra, but will take a look at the Berlei one

Doreen, does the job every time and Triumph cross your heart. Lift my boobs up to my neck.

Thanks @Gettingbysomehow annoyingly the smallest back size for triumph seems to be a 34!

Playtex 18 Hour is a similar fit to the Doreen and according to online size charts they should carry your size.
