It’s a bit like a shirt dress but thicker. Does anyone know what the style would be called? I love it but I’m always finding dresses on Pinterest that only seem to exist on Pinterest

It looks like a 1940s shirt dress which can come in thicker or thinner fabrics.

Coat dress?

Reverse image search shows it came from US site Alibaba and is from 2016. You can find similar by searching for blazer dresses though.

New Look have this one at the other end of the budget scale. It might work with a gold belt around it, styled like in the picture you posted. Worth a try.

The top half is a blazer dress but the skirt part is so flared and poofy, too short for a 1940s style dress. A strange hybrid but probably really flatters a pear or hourglass.

Ah, ten years old! And I would never have been able to afford Armani! I love it, it’s a thicker material and the shape of the skirt differs from lots of the other blazer dresses. Pinterest does this to me often, shows me a dress that I love but it’s really old or impossible to find! Will be doing reverse image searches in future.
