I’ve bought this dress for a party, it looks great on but I’m a bit stuck on footwear to go with it. When I say party, it kind of is (it’s a 40th) but it won’t be overly dressy, it’s just in a pub. So I’m thinking boots rather than heels, I need to dress it down rather than dress it up.
I tried on some ankle boots I have with it just to get an idea, which have a heel of about 3 inches. I’m tall and I then didn’t like the length of the dress, it looked better when I had my trainers on length wise, but the trainers definitely didn’t look right either. So I need some boots which are either flat, or don’t have much of a heel. Any suggestions? I’ve spent hours looking online but my decision making is rubbish.
