Has anyone bought anything on The Cirkel?

I like the idea of circular fashion but am finding the filters on the site rather hard going to wade through the dross. Has anyone used it successfully?

Just a warning to anyone in Europe (and the UK) to absolutely avoid this dishonest company. A pair of lounge trousers way way way under the threshold for duties will still be subject to a demand for payment via the carrier they use. I have never, not once had to pay any ‘fees’ for a package coming from the UK for this amount and am not the first to have encountered this issue with them.

Be aware that although it clearly states on The Cirkel website that total additional costs for international shipping (duties and VAT) will be declared at checkout, the total additional cost at checkout was given as zero and there is absolutely no disclaimer re/ having to pay carrier fees on the receiving end which is a requirement if charges are to be bourne by the customer for all international transactions for goods from the UK to the EU following Brexit.

Contact from them is non existent and I've had to email the carrier myself, while refusing delivery, while I query these fees - it’s within your right to request an invoice from the carrier (UPS) it’s been days and they are still ‘loooking into the matter’.

I've also scoured online (very hard to find any real reviews initially) to find a load of reviews re/ items in terrible condition, attempts to return impossible and 'refunds' consist of a credit / voucher for their site only.

God only knows what state the pants I ordered are in and I really wish I hadn’t bothered now. I’m expecting a scrunched up dishrag to be honest.

Please avoid like the plague
