Nike trainers that fit wider feet?

My 11 year-old ds would like some Nike trainers. He likes basketball so is wanting a style that helps with this. He was measured as 6 in Clarks but he fit into size 9 Adidas so he thinks he is size 7 to 9 depending on brand. If he tries on Nike and they fit him length wise then he says they are too narrow. Has anyone found this and then found a Nike model/range that comes up wider? He has tried on lots of Nike Air Max and Nike Air Max EXCEE came the closest to fitting but still too narrow. Thanks for any help!

I have wide feet and the whole entire Nike air range is no good for me. I end up buying Adidas in the end as they are more forgiving.

Nike zooms are a wider fit

The old Nike rifts fit my wide feet. I have the air force and they are so narrow they hurt.

The website has instructions how to measure the width of your feet to get the right fit. My dad has terrible feet and needs extra wide shoes and I used this site.

I’m an adult obvs and find Adidas and Under Armour are wider than Nike also.

Air force are the worst for this they are so small even my own kids barely fit in them even if they size up

the thing with airs is that your feet also point downwards, the only ones I ever got were like the pulse ones (not pulse but they don’t make mine anymore I think) and I spend the whole time with sore toenails Where they push down on the fabric so I barely wear them

Correction Mine are air max Dia. And they hurt my toenails. But I can get in these with my wide feet
