arf

I meant the first one

I do usually like Monsoon but my impression this year (got frm the shop window in the dark mind you) is a bit Middle Aged Lady At a Wedding

do like the tunics tho

bozza · 05/03/2008 11:34

mmj you got me. You have one on your score for cod's comp. I will write you a note to pass on to her if you require it.

BTW I do like the second tunic. Don't think red suits me though - am very pasty, so stick to odd touches of red - shoes or belt or bangle etc.

Cappuccino · 05/03/2008 11:38

I look fab in red

I look ok in emerald green too

I am on a mission never again to buy a boring piece of clothing and blend into the background

I want fun websites

not young fun though god I am too old for trends

I wish to stagger twoards middle age in slightly-too-garish outfits

bit of colour? or a dress? or a cardigan?

bundle · 05/03/2008 11:43

green top?

bozza · 05/03/2008 11:44

Go for it, capp, I think you are right. Colour is much more interesting.

Cappuccino · 05/03/2008 11:44

that dress is nice

OP posts:
Cappuccino · 05/03/2008 11:45

I want to look like one of those women who you think 'now where on earth do you buy stuff like that' about

but where on eart do you buy stuff like that?

Get your sewing machine out and make your own

Cappuccino · 05/03/2008 11:54

oh I would love to MamaG but I am not very good at it

also I still barely have the energy to function - I'm just starting to do the school run again after 5 months off - I'm not sufficiently well enough to start new projects, I can barely get my kids to the library and back with another adult to help

OP posts:
MamaG · 05/03/2008 11:56

I'd love to be able to sew. I can barely sew a button on though!

Good on you, re school run - well done sounds like its a helluva long slog luv, this recovery lark

Cappuccino · 05/03/2008 11:57

OP posts:
MamaG · 05/03/2008 12:24

Tell them to sit with you, on the sandpit! I would [bossy]

WowOoo · 05/03/2008 12:33

ooh thank you for all those links ladies. I feel I am about to spend some money...yipeee! (can always return them later if they don't suit!!)

OrmIrian · 05/03/2008 12:34

I agree about some of the colours. I am looking for quite a boring shape dress - tunic (with little sleeves) but I do want some lovely colours and prints. I don't want navy or black and white.

Cappuccino · 05/03/2008 12:37

MamaG they don't care about me

they have forgotten who I am
