Line/ wrinkle on 1 side of my face!!

I am 40 and have noticed a line on one side of my mouth like a deep and droopy at the corner of my mouth. Also when I wake in the morning underneath my eye is puffy but only on that same side.
Is it because I sleep on that side?
I've tried switching but must turn in the night.
What can I do? Its really starting to get me down.

Very likely because you sleep on that side but impossible to say for certain.

Try using a silk pillowcase.

I have been trying to sleep on my back (inconsistently) for ages and can't do it. But that would be an excellent preventative measure if you could achieve it.

I've got a line by one of my eyes that I don't have on the other and I've realised it's because I rest my face on my hand while I'm working on my computer 😱
