What hair style will suit me?

Hi as you can see I'm a more mature person. I've a hair appointment in a few weeks time and I thought I'd ask you wise mumsnetters for advice on what style to go go.
I like the colour and I like my thick wavy curly hair. I'm not happy with the rectangular shape nor my fringe which goes into a cowlick. If it's cut too short on top it sticks up like a pair of horns, nor does it suit too much layering as it sticks up too

I'm thinking maybe a short curly wavy bob. I've got a longish face and am to have goodish cheekbones.

I wash and condition my hair every other day but I don't do anything with it apart from scrunching it up with a bit of curl enhancer

What do you think. Any advice is welcome.

I have similar wavy hair OP and a fringe, which I cut in to hide my forehead lines, but have now decided is too much hassle - I have to straighten it daily!

Do you want to go shorter or let it grow?

I think a curly bob with no fringe would look good. It’s also easy to maintain with this type of hair - I had this before I let my hair grow.

You could have it ever so slightly longer at the front - but not cut very short at the back. Then tuck one side behind your ear. I’ll post a pic.

Thanks @Annasgirl I think I'm going to start trying to get my fringe to grow over so that I can work towards a bob and no or v little fringe
