Waterproof, stylish and practical Chelsea boots

I'm looking for some Chelsea boots, that will do well in the rain, are comfortable enough to be on my feet all day, and still look smart.

There are so many online, it's a minefield. I'd really appreciate some real life recommendations please.

I find Sorel to be really comfortable but you have to size up. How about these?

Doc martens all the way.

They will last you years and they do different Chelsea boot colours / heel heights / linings etc.

I have the fur lined Chelsea boots from DrM and I love them

Another for docs here. Look at the Alyson ones. Immediately comfy and warm.

I've got some really nice Gabor ones. 2 different styles in fact. One a smarter pair and one a chunkier, funkier rubber soled pair. Love them both. V waterproof and well made.
