Help! Does anyone know Monsoons return policy?

I will sound like an ungrateful cow but we just received parcel from MIL with some hideous clothes for the DC. She sent the bag, and the labels are still attached, but I don't have the receipt. One of the things was in the sale.

She will never know I exchanged them as she buys them so many things there's no way she could keep track. Will they exchange them for me?

not the sale thing

MrsBadger · 04/03/2008 12:00

you will probably be ok to exchange, just not to get a refund.

Of all the lovely things in Monsoon, she must have picked the only four fugly items.

I'm just looking to see if I can link so you can appreciate why I just wouldn't dress the DC in them.

Does this woman know me at all!?

Non sale: 28 days exchange/refund with reciept;

Sale: 7 days.

There's no harm in asking them for an exchange.

They are all aged 6 too, she has a habit of buying them things 'to put away', which is sometimes good as when they start looking like the cat's died I remember a stash of clothes she bought them years before. But not in this instance.

I can see why you want to take them back! Yet so much of their stuff is YUM! You may get a credit note?
Good luck
