M and S Autograph make up discontinued. What do I use for primer instead?

I never used a primer until m and s included the luminous one in one of their advent calendars. I have loved this one ever since, as it gives a subtle glow without making me look shiny and sweaty. M and S have now discontinued Autograph make up and, although there are bargains to be had, there will be no more subtle glowy primer.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement?

I remember that primer from the advent calendar - it was good! I used it for a while then switched to either This Works In Transit Camera Close Up or Elemis Superfood Glow Primer.

the This Works one is my favourite, have repeat bought it for a number of years now and it lasts well. Lovely smooth, slightly dewy finish before foundation, and have had compliments about makeup lasting all day. It’s also good on its own for a no makeup day, smoothing out skin and just generally giving a bit of a boost.

No! I love their foundation!

Thanks for the tips, will have a look at both recommended primers.

Do we really need a primer, I brought the dermalogica skinperfect primer, after someone on here recommended it, it wasn't cheap over £25 and it did nothing to make my foundation last longer.

My favourite is Anna-Sui gel primer. It lasts forever (well okay not forever but I've not run out so far and had it ages)
It's really light, feels amazing on your face, really fresh and it smells of Turkish Delight! That might be a big no for some but for me it's a huge plus cos I adore the smell 😄
