I missed my last month appointment with regular hairdresser and she is booked up months ahead so I had to venture out to a new hairdresser. Did a load of research and thought I had found a good one..... on dear. The cut is ok, not really exactly what I asked for but its fine, but they highlights are feckin awful, I am so light, lighter than I have ever been, I feel almost white!!! Might be nice on a 20 year old, but not on me!
So how to get them to sort it? Are they obliged to? I want some dark low lights put through it to make it darker.... sob... and I got a K18 treatment included in the price... it feels thick on my hair and well kind of straw like, nice😩
