Currently have an M and S bag that I love but I’ve had it a while and it’s starting to fray.

Leather I assume? Smart, casual, structure, sloppy, open, zipped. Give us some pointers 🙂

Should say it needs to be biggish, with long straps so it’s easy to carry on my shoulder.

Longchamp pilage is a lovely bag. Not leather but super durable and really smart.

Go on Vinted and look at Kate Spade bags, either new or in VGC, there's quite a few on there including an extremely nice tan one. Hardly used or new. Great spacious bag.
