Product that works and doesn't cost the earth - lip lines

I'm 43, think I basically look ok but am bugged by lines above my top lip that are channeling the grandma in George's marvellous medicine. My own granny had the same and my aunt has; probably we all have too many teeth under there! But is there a product that ideally costs 27 pence and works miracles in this area? So many wonder creams advertised but I wonder if anyone has tried anything that actually works to any extent?

The one Trinny London sells works to smooth out lines. I don't know how much it is but it will last you a long time. You only need a tiny bit.
