Product recommendations for preteen skin

My DD is 11 and has started to get some quite big, sore spots.

Any recommendations on products she can use?

My daughter (now 18) had similar when she was around the same age and we used dermalogica clear start after a friend recommended it. It is pricey but it's been worth it as her skin has remained clear (except for occasional spots) throughout her teenage years. She still uses it now.
