'Invisalign' type braces by post

Run by certified dentists and orthodontists... Does anyone have any information on these? Much cheaper of course... too good to be true?

Isn't it incredible then that it is dentists and orthodontists that run it?! I won't go with it I think but I'm going to ask my friend who is a periodontist (not sure if I have the right term), just to get her opinion, out of interest.
