Best high street eyeliner pencils?

The new Lisa Eldridge eyeliners look divine but the £24 price tag is a bit rich for my blood at the moment. Any recommendations for around the £10-15 price? I use them on waterline and lash line. Looking for the usual - soft and creamy, easy to blend but stays put once set, doesn't smudge or run

I hear KIKO are great, any other suggestions?

I am also interested in this. Kiko are good for the price, I've tried several but never hit on the right one.

Avon Glimmersticks. Absolutely brilliant to glide, blend and stay on and a huge selection of colours.

Second Avon glimmer sticks, really good value and stay put

I like the Collection 2000 pencil and liquid liners. Only about £3 but I’ve been using them as long as I can remember.
