MyTheresa - good or bad?

I've seen a dress on mytheresa that I can't find available anywhere else. The trustpilot reviews are really mixed, can anyone here share their experience of buying from them? It's a dress I'm not 100% sure on, so it might have to be returned too.

Completely fine. I haven't bought from them recently but they're reputable and I never had any problems. No experience of returning things though.

I've bought from them and returned with no problems. They're a reputable company, a German Net-a-Porter. Nothing dodgy!
