One hundred stars Rachel dress - work alternative

Hello! Love the 100 stars Rachel dress - it works well on my middle aged figure without looking frumpy, especially with a thin high waisted belt, but looking for something more in a ‘work’ print for winter with tights/ boots or flats. If this cut suits me can anyone point me to similar cut of dress?

How formal is your work environment? My office is fairly smart and I wear Rachel dresses a lot, especially the black stork and the green marble prints.
