Lookiero or stitch fix - postpartum Tum

Hi

so I’m finishing mat leave in a couple of weeks and want to rehaul my work and casual wardrobe but don’t have much sense of what my personal style is - if I even have any style

I’m a size 10/12 but have a real mum Tum which is why everything looks bad on me. Having a real void of confidence right now

would something like lookiero or stitch fix work with me with my tum?

should I just wear Spanx? Or do I just need to exercise and lose weight?

I will try and exercise more to lose weight but just haven’t had the time or energy during Mat leave - I also have an older child and it’s been intense (for me anyway)

thanks so much

I have used Stitch Fix for about a year (getting a box every quarter) and they have been amazing. I am really sad they are closing!

I didn't rate Lookiero at all, all of the pieces were expensive for low quality. It took months for my box to be credited despite being marked as arrived back.

Have you got a John Lewis local to you? I've used their personal stylist service and would recommend it.

I'm in the same position as you, returning to work in a fortnight after 14 months maternity leave.

I went to a personal stylist at John Lewis. Tried on lots of different things and bought two trousers, three tops and some accessories.

I've since found a couple of the same pieces on vinted, new with tags, for a lot less so will be returning them to JL to save a few ££ to put towards other pieces!

Hi

thanks so much for the messages. Shame about stitch fix but will try them if I can. Will also try JL - assumed their stuff would be too pricy but a few smart signature pieces js always good
